Infectious Disease Testing

This chapter will list diagnostic tests in ELISA technology and PCR tests as well. The ELISA test kits cover the serologic investigation of various infectious diseases by measuring either IgA, IgG, or IgM concentrations quantitatively. We also are able to develop special ELISA tests for special diagnostic applications. Such a project will be easy to achieve if the interested lab is collaborating with us in finding suitable antigens for coating the plates. The PCR tests are using an advanced technology achieving the final measurement without any special instrumentation, but just by laminar flow technology and visual inspection. So far the PCR tests are covering Borrelia and Neisseria. The next developments will be Chlamydia and Staphylococcus aureus.
