"GenFlow plus" PCR kits

Demeditec offers innovative molecular test kits for the qualitative detection of the Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato complex and Neisseria gonorrhoeae. Both products are well evaluated and recommended by experts.

These test systems use the 16S rRNA target gene which is highly specific for bacteria and not vulnerable much for mutations. The final detection is based on a Lateral-Flow-Dipstick (LFD) platform which yields easily rapid results. No special instrumentation is needed. An internal sequence verification guarantee reliable results according to the MiQ guidelines.
