Correlation of saliva samples measured by LC/MS-MS and Demeditec ELISAs

2015-03-12

Accurate measurement of steroid hormones is important to detect a variety of endocrine disorders. During the last years liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS-MS) has become the “gold standard” for quantification of such low-molecular weight analytes and can be used as reliable reference method.

Therefore we performed a method comparison for the detection of steroid hormones showing an excellent correlation between our salivary ELISAs versus LC/MS-MS.

You can find the results of these correlations by downloading the below leaflet.
