The EndomKIT is a newly developed, CE‑certified in vitro diagnostic tool designed to significantly facilitate the diagnosis of endometriosis.

The condition affects millions of people worldwide and is often detected only after many years—early stages in particular are difficult to reliably identify using imaging procedures. The EndomKIT combines the measurement of two serum biomarkers (BDNF and CA125) with six clinically relevant variables, which are evaluated using a validated algorithm. The result is a highly specific rule‑in test that is particularly suited for confirming clinical suspicion—without the need for surgical intervention. In validation studies, the EndomKIT demonstrated a specificity of 100%, providing a reliable basis for further clinical assessment.
